Smile like you mean it!
No we don’t mean grin from ear to ear. Instead place the tip of your tongue behind your top front teeth as you smile. Try it! It will relax the facial muscles and banish that pesky double chin!
Exhale
Breathing out just before your pic is taken relaxes your face and body.
Hip and Tuck
A drink in the hand is a no, no. For the moist flattering shot straighten your arms and point your hands down toward your hips. Not only will you look poised but it will flatter your hips.
Waddle Away
Upper arms can be a problem. Whatever you do, do not rest your arms against your body. Instead, angle them back from your body.
Be red carpet ready
Practice this one in the mirror. Put one foot in front of the other and then swivel your hips and turn your feet slightly away from the photographer. This will narrow and lengthen your silhouette….and who doesn’t want to look taller and leaner without counting calories!
